<p>サイリウムはとても<mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-pink-color">低カロリー</mark>な食品です。<br>現在、文部科学省の「日本食品標準成分表2020年版（八訂）」には記載がないものの、市販されているサイリウムの成分表示のカロリーは、とても低カロリーです。ちなみに我が家にあるパッケージの表示を載せておきますが、ご覧の通り100ｇ中の熱量はたった7.7kcal。限りなく0カロリーに近い食品です。</p>
