<p>ダイエットやボディメイクの効果を上げる働きのあるオートミールを効率よく美味しく摂取るために、今回はおからパウダーとミックスしてケーキを作りました。</p>



<p>オートミールは穀物の中でもタンパク質の含有量が多いことは知られていますが、おからパウダーを入れることによって、より<span class="mark_blue">タンパク質量も増えアミノ酸スコアも上がります</span>。そしてどちらも多くの食物繊維を含みダイエット効果をアップします。<br>そのうえおからパウダーに含まれるポリフェノールの一種である大豆イソフラボンは、<mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-pink-color">抗酸化作用</mark>があると共に、<span class="mark_blue">脂肪の蓄積を予防し、脂肪酸の燃焼促進作用</span>もあります。<br>そしてグルテンの少ないオートミールをパンにする時に、おからパウダーが適度なツナギの役割もし、形も食間もより小麦粉のケーキに近い状態に仕上がります。</p>



<p>オートミールに少量のおからパウダーをプラスすると、以上のようなメリットが追加されるのです。</p>
